Surgical Review Corporation 

This nonprofit corporation asked BP Studios to build a web-based system of forms to evaluate and investigate applicant compliance using established standards for recognition as a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence. Our development team provided a suite of three custom applications to manage the governing process from applicant data entry through to its review and approvals. The system also provided standardized processes, security best practices as well as the tools needed in evaluation of the applications.

The tertiary care facility application allows hospitals, surgical practices and surgeons to enter data through multiple phases of the application process, link to co-applicants and automates validation data against program requirements. The online review application enables reviewers and site inspectors to examine data online, enter form-based review results that are routed for final approvals. An administrative tool application permits SRC staff members to find applicants, assign reviewers and generate reports.
