We watch our hosted customer sites closely. If there’s any trouble anywhere, we fix it often before anybody notices.
Free support applies immediately upon release of the content management solution to customers purchasing a twenty-four (24) month WorldCast CMS Website Agreement. The first thirty (30) days of support is free. To begin your request for free support, we require that you submit a request via email to bpsworldcast.support@bpstudios.com. Support requests are handled in the order in which they are received.
All customer service cases shall be under the terms of fee-based support, unless customer has been authorized to receive free support or when a product defect has been reported and confirmed. After the initial thirty (30) days, support hours are charged in thirty (30) minute increments at a rate of $80 each. A minimum charge of $25 or ten (10) minutes applies for each separate incident report. Each ticket may contain only one (1) technical issue. Once a case status is changed to “Closed”, it cannot be re-opened.
